Today, my focus is more personal.
As a private chef, I bring restaurant level technique into intimate settings, creating thoughtful dining experiences that allow people to gather, celebrate, and connect around food. I design each menu around the season, the occasion, and the people at the table, ensuring every detail feels intentional and seamless.
Beyond private dining, I also collaborate with brands and offer consulting for restaurants and culinary projects. Whether I'm cooking in someone's home, supporting a new concept, or curating a special event, my goal is always the same: deliver food that feels refined, balanced, and memorable.
At the core of my work is a calm, organized kitchen and a belief that great food should feel both elevated and welcoming.

Jimi has come to my home to cook for family and friends a number of times and I would recommend him without hesitation. He is super professional, he will work with you to curate the perfect menu, his food is DIVINE, and he is just such a nice easy-going guy to have in your home. My children inundated him with questions and he just took it all in his stride while preparing the food. He is also the only chef I've ever had in my home that cleans the kitchen to the same standard that I do - priceless!
